Men are the worse species on the planet when it comes to checking on the real issues with their health. These formulas only enrich people who are the modern day snake oil salesmen. Yohimbe in it's purest forms can cause other problems once you make the mountain rise. If the "wood" is not getting hard enough to seal the deal, rule out other shit with your health. These products only mask the real problems and I'd rather come to you in the greatest state of health and I think we enjoy each other all the more...

I took a different brand of Yohimbe extract. About 2 hours later, I experienced a super-erection lasting for 4 hours (or until I fell asleep) while having to pee every 10 minutes. It was extremely uncomfortable. I don't know if it had to do with me mixing a small dose of Levitra (I took a small nibble from the tablet) with it. Subsequently, I experienced this reaction 2 more times. The first time was deliberate; I wanted to confirm the side effect. The second time was an accident; I toke the wrong supplement (see the intended supplement below).

The following herbal supplemental has Yohimbe as an ingredient but not the side effects:

ED is a symptom of a medical condition that requires a doctor's attention. It's not a question of what you take or what the side effects are but WHY you need to take it at all. High blood pressure, obesity, diabetes and coronary artery disease are all causes of ED. To be blunt, if you can't get it up, go see your doctor.

anything good, that the drug companies cannot make a buck on.
Btw, horny goat weed, and a can of redbull seems to work OK, but it is very short term.

There is this myth that herbs are natural and there for "safe". The reason that herbal supplements work is because they act on the chemical, hormonal, and or electrical interactions of the body, just as do pharmaceuticals.

Very few doctors have the experience to correctly estimate the interaction between various herbal supplements and the drugs they prescribe. The controls on concentrations, purity, and fillers in herbal supplements are far weaker than with prescription drugs.

While many of the various drugs that are prescribed in combination for long term therapies are not tested together by the drug companies there is a large body of study results in the general population to whom they are prescribed. In effect your risk in suffering a drug interaction is reduced because there are millions of other people with similar health who have taken this combination before you.

The study data for herbals, where it exists at all, is far less and of much poorer quality.

If you are taking medications as part of any long term drug therapy, and you elect to take one or more powerful herbal supplement (ie: one found to work), you are conducting medical experiments upon yourself. Before doing so I recommend that you find an MD who uses both herbal supplements as well as drugs to treat people with your condition.

YMMV - but the potential downside is very large.
