A note of thanks?  You got your thank you, but you flushed it down the toilet with the rubber.

I just spent the weekend with what I consider a Great Client.

Great Clients to me are not always about the $10,000 tip (yes, it happens!). It's also about the fun you have with the client, the meeting of minds, and sometimes their sensitivity to the little things.

What little things? For example - ordering or giving you whatever champagne or wine you've indicated is your personal favourite. Ordering something utterly delightful like your favourite flower in the suite that you retire to.

This last weekend I spent with a client who was such a delight. We spent time together, we ate out, and he gave me several thoughtful gifts. If felt like Xmas!

Sometimes clients can be so much better than the guys you meet who, hey, might be offering marriage or whatever, but they're really not that much fun.

I'm interested to hear from the ladies what they consider is a Great Client, and what they've experienced from Great Clients?

Tamara, you must be reading my mind.  I like to think of myself as a great client in some ways.  Here is my MO......I spend 500 to 1000 per hour on all dates.  Two hours is the least and three is typical.  Often we will meet at a restaurant before and then go back to the hotel.  All time is paid including the lunch.  The hotels are all 4 or 5 star.  I will normally get a suite or balcony room, simply for the ambience.  In the room I will have fruit from the hotel, dessert of choice, wine if that is what the lady likes, and an ipod dock with many choices of mood enhancing music.  In addition I have given gifts that include tickets to a favorite play, flowers for no reason, references for a financial advisor, etc, etc.
My last date we could not fit lunch in so I ran around town before she came over and bought her favorite lunch items which included wine and cheesecake.  These ladies seem appreciative and never turn down a request to see me.  The thing that I find odd is, none of them follow our visit with a note of thanks.  I always send a thank you the day after a visit.  Any other business would send the "customer" a thank you for their business.  And lastly if I didnt contact them for a subsequent date, I would never hear from them again.  I am 47, and in fantastic shape and weight.  What ya think?  Maybe I need to break out the 10k tips?  By the way I like your blog site.

This fucking guy wants a fucking cookie for 'going above and beyond?' Shit!

Did these ladies ASK for this? I meet some ladies for dinner and/or drinks before the festivities. Even have their drink of choice at the ready, or bring it on the way. Order room service, or they raid the mini bar. Whatever.

I sure as shit don't expect a 'Thank you' note the next day. But then again, I don't see ladies that I haven't talked with before we meet. Just me, I guess.

From what I understand, it's universally understood, that a lady will have fun with Mikey. Any and all of these factors could and will happen. Among others.

I don't expect a 'Thank you' note. Making the lady cum is thanks enough for me! ;)

How about something that does not cost 1 cent - like a poem ? a romantic love letter?
A nice walk on the beach or a park with a nice conversation ..
Anybody provider still appreciates those? LOL ... lemme know.

I cant speak for all ladies, but generally my NUMBER one priority is to respect boundaries. I feel ALOT of clients take "follow up" emails as a form of future solicitation. I MAY be wrong, but I read alot here...I GREATLY appreciate when I get that thank you email, and have often been very lucky with wonderful sessions with great men, but rarely do send a thank you.  I assume IF they contact me, then no boundaries are being crossed. Thats JUST me though!

This may be the saddest post I've ever read on this forum.  I don't know how to respond without unintentionally insulting you, 'Ron_DayVue'.   You're spending extravagant sums of money on people who don't love you and never will.   Please stop before you go broke.  --z

it's good business practice to follow-up with a simple thank-you note?  I'm NOT saying it's required, but IF both parties had a good time and the provider WANTED to continue the "business relationship," it's not a bad idea.  However, it's sometimes hard in this hobby to separate the "emotion" from "reality," maybe providers don't want you to get attached ~ but from a business stand point, the follow-up note is a nice touch.

I think a good client is a man who really gets it, meaning, they understand and recognize a provider who really does enjoy the pampering process and they appreciate it. I personally can never get enough of a client saying "OMG you're hands are really great...damn I'm glad I read your ad" or "No one has ever done this to me like this before...where have you been?" Everyone likes to be appreciated and words tell me this better than money ever can. Don't get me wrong, all that fancy stuff you were talking about sweetens the pot (especially a good tip) but most men don't have it like that. A thank-you from the heart will usually do me just fine.

This post is "sad" only in your eyes.  Honestly, I am one of the happiest people you will meet.  In real life I am a friend to everyone I meet.  I often give them gifts that are unexpected.  I was taught as a youngster, by a very fine Mom, to say Thank You.  I have been blessed in so many ways, I get giddy inside thinking about it.  There are times that my life feels like the "dos equis" guy in the commercials. It has been very full of wonderful adventures.  The ladies I have been with are wonderful.  I am like a kid in a candy store when with them.  My career is about money management and I am rather tight when it comes to most things.  This is just not one of them.  I will be fine financially.

What I was getting at was with the economy and all the belly aching from providers, why would they not send a followup letter, thanking a client for their business?  That is all.

Despite your obvious generosity--$1000 dates, gifts, 4-5 star hotels, etc., you never hear back from your providers.  You admit that if you didn't contact them, you'd never hear from them again.  And now  you're thinking about dropping $10,000 'tips'.

I don't think you're a happy person.  It's one thing to buy sex, but that's not what you're after.  I sense you're lonely and are desperately trying to buy affection.  My guess is that providers don't feel comfortable around you.

Ron, please don't give anyone a $10,000 tip.  At your next session, just book for an hour or 90 minutes and don't overwhelm your provider with gifts.  Just be yourself.  I hope that helps.  Your friend,  --z
