I like to know what you guys did for your ATF on her birthday. I would also like to know what you gals enjoyed on your birthday from us guys. I have alot of ideas, but really want to make it very special! I am looking for the very special thing that touch both of your hearts (giving or recieving)!

I send hera real card, somtimes a gift, I send an e-mail card and I call.

She got:

5 quarts of heavy weight 10-40 anal play oil for our anniversary

2 fog lights on her rack for our nocturnal adventures on Christmas

And since she has been really good, for her birthday, 7 Strap ons for days that end in Y

The Best gift, that was given to me, was a Day at the spa.

Wow, talk about a real treat!

I don't know too many ladies that don't love to be pampered.

The fact you're even asking about this says a lot about how thoughtful you are

Possibilities: send her flowers, having flowers delivered unexpectedly is always a real treat.  Take her to dinner at her favourite place and have her favourite wine/champagne brought to the table as soon as you arrive.  If she's into being pampered then give her a day at a spa.  If she's into fast cars/motorbikes etc then buy her a day at a race track. If she's always wanted to go rock climbing/skiing/horse riding, get her some lessons.  

If you can work out what would be special for her then that's what she'll enjoy and appreciate.  The thoughtfulness that goes into a gift is what makes a gift special, IMHO.

but since that isn't going to happen, I would think that most ladies like it simple.

#1. Cash
#2. Anything from Victoria's Secret (yup even I love that place.)
#3. Simple piece of jewelry.
#4. A day at the spa/hair salon, etc.

injected them with either Amaretto Di Saronno, Bailey's Irish Creme, or Grand Marnier, and dipped the lot of them in dark chocolate. Finally, I put them in a cake box, gift-wrapped them, and added a card and CD of one of her favorite artists.

After dinner, I fed them to her for dessert. After she commented on how heavenly they were I mentioned that I made them all by myself with my own two hands. (Scored major points.) YMMV doesn't even begin to describe what happened next........

Brought my guitar to her place and sang it for her, proving that she is, in fact, my muse.
