"I know it when I see it." - Justice Potter Stewart, SCOTUS, Jacobellis v. Ohio, 1964

about a club in Vegas that is pushing the envelope (Long may it be pushed!) and running into flack that seems to be all politically generated.

It may be a barometer that chilling times are ahead for any sex related businesses.

I guess this will probably mean no strippers in the casinos either.

from Cirque du soleil's "Zoomanity" or "O?"  Least one get confused these feature nudity.  Also, I agree with the assertion that some laws in Vegas are more "equitably" enforced than others.  Sit at the bar in a hotel, and you will be approached by a lovely lady.  Go to a strip club, get a lapdance and you WILL "be gotten off!"  My suspicion, they failed to pay off the right person, or pissed that person off somehow (no freebies etc.).

But then again what would I know....  just in case the NSA is listening.

I mean that show pushes serious boundaries. But people know that going in. If Palazzo succeeds in getting the club kicked out, I hope someone else picks it up!! I would love to go and see it. And I love Lynn Comella's work!!
