Is it just me? I discover another beauty, add her in and forget about her...for awhile...and soon it's hard to even find my top ten when I'm browsing and scrolling through a dozen pages! Could I get a "favorite favorites" list to keep my top ten on the first page and let the rest go by 'most recent'? Just wondering. So...how many "favorites" do you have?

I don't think I have even looked at 100 profiles, much less put them in my favorites.  

I keep it at 13.

I think you need to narrow down your field of "favorites" otherwise it gets hard to manage them all and keep up withtheir current reviews and travel schedules

Looks like we're all in agreement, I keep mine down to the top ten.

I only focus on one at a time.  After we have met, I make a decision about whether to see her a second time.  I admire you for being about to organize that much information, even partially organize it, but I would never attempt such an effort.
    I must admit that as of this moment I have four providers on my mind, three that I have met before and a fourth that I would like to meet within the next 6 weeks.

Balance and harmony have once again been restored to the world.
