Sometimes when trying to access this site on my phone, I'll get the "Oops" error message that the site isn't accessible. I'll refresh the page and I'll get in. Anyone else experiencing this?

X-box players for language used in games with mixed adults/children.  I am not sure how that will hold up because someone can create a new identity...  The whole censorship of our internet is disgusting when the powers that be couldn't even censor the 'fake news' from Russian trolls.
