how accurate are the photos produced by AA.  considering a visit to a provider that uses his studio for advertising shots.
hate to show up at an appointment and find out that the provider is not what the pictures look like. lighting, make-up and photo shop can do wonders

if you are expecting the airbrushed, glamor shot image to open the door, regardless of the photographer.

If she doesn't have selfies or videos it's a crap shoot. Of course you can always rely on those scores of 9-10 for looks

There is no other photographer who's been discussed on this board as much as Aldo.

I can't think of anyone I've seen where I thought that AA photos were deceptive but, as you note, lighting, make-up, posing (suck in, stretch out, to lengthen out and get the lean look), P-Shop, etc. can do wonders.

I am thinking of someone whose AA photos were the usual glamour shots. When I went to see her (mid afternoon), the body and face were absolutely the same but she looked as if she just woke with her hair disheveled and no makeup. That would be HER fault, not AA's.

To be safe about it, ask if she post some selfies or other pics. Also, "accepts requests" usually means wardrobe requests and is non-sexual and safe for pre-meeting discussion. You can politely ask her to go for the look in an AA picture (and avoid what I mentioned above): "I like the makeup look you wore in #3 and can you wear your hair up as in pic #4?" She might not spend 5 hours on her makeup, but 5 minutes would be better than I got. (P.S. Despite the disheveled hair and no makeup, I had a very good time!

Several ladies who have used AA for photography and I never thought they weren't a good rep of
them.

I have seen some others by other photographers (won't name) who were Ridiculously over shopped!

Remember, no one pays for a photographer to take the worst shot, why would anyone spend hundreds-thousands for that?

Same as celebs, we pay to highlight our best features and background those not so much 😉
I think I photograph horribly and think I look better in person, so I like when I get "wow, you look better/hotter than your pix 😀

Read the text of reviews, you can usually get some idea.

Ie she has a very pretty face... Eyes, her body was slamming, better than pix etc.

Good luck!

I have shot with Aldo and many other photographers.  I like to keep my photos fresh and if you follow me on twitter I post unedited shots as well.  Variety is the key! The photographer's job is to get the best shot.  The most flattering camera angles, lighting are all a factor.  We get the unedited and raw photos, it is entirely up to the lady to represent herself accurately.

Don't shoot the photographer.

I CAN PERSONALLY VOUCH FOR ALDO.  He is professional and highly trained in both still and video shoots.  He never changed my look, only made me glow!  his lighting, eye, etc are the best!  He works all over the USA.

Aldo routinely photo-shops several inches and 20,30 pounds or more from the ladies who ask him to do so.

Perhaps the blame belongs with the women who ask him to be so aggressive with the photo-shopping, but rightly or wrongly there are a LOT of seasoned mongers who would never dream of booking with a woman with only an Aldo photo set to go on. Count me as one of them.

BTW some questions are best answered by the ladies and some are best answered by the guys. This is most definitely a question best answered by the guys as the ladies, quite naturally aren't going to look at a photo set and say to themselves (or anyone else) "No I don't look anywhere near that good IRL, you need to add that forty pounds of ugly fat back on to me" lol

Maybe question should be does professional look like her pictures. Professionals stop taking pictures in hotel bathroom and bedroom in illegal business.

GaG, you gave the exact answer, and it is 100% true. AA will not "shop" pictures to suit us guys, he does it at the request and APPROVAL of the ladies who are paying him

A mix of photos from selfies to professional give you many options to view , I like to have both personally!:)

Having tattoos and body markings that are identifiable removed are one thing but shaving off 40lbs is only going to hurt
the lady in the end.

A great photographer knows how to work with all different shapes and heights and knows how to position and enhance
them the best they can without all of the extra editing.

You never know until you meet what the lady!  Instagram and twitter are a great source to find more photos as well
as selfies!

Be optimistic and have fun!

I said "Please don't do that to me" he said "I normally wouldn't, and I'm getting tired of people asking me to shave 50 lbs off of them." I think he was in his stage where he realized it did affect him. BUT - his prices are still so low, that really - he will always get business. I was just starting out, so he was a great option for me.

As much as we want to point fingers at the photographers, with any photographer I have worked with, while it took some pulling teeth and 4 or 5 re-tries on editing, they were willing to redo until they were accurate. Aldo, on the other hand, (I used him three times I think?) I never had a problem with over-editing. Not once with him. The only issue I had was the whitewash part, but I was able to fix the exposure for an accurate skin color.

Some people put those photos through the thing where it extracts the information, and you can see how it was edited; however, many photographers do have lenses that thicken the object in order to get that 3-dimensional effect. So for accuracy reasons, it needs to be photoshopped. In an industry like this, at least.

I still believe those lenses are used on the McDonald's burgers. Because they for sure do not look that big and juicy in person. LOL

as an independent I did a few shoots with Aldo some years ago.I didn't ask him to do any crazy photo shopping.
Quite a few of his photos I used were the raw unedited images without his watermark. But the ones that have the watermark were never edited to take any weight off my body.
The photographer edits the photos to the customers specifications whatever that request may be.
That is why I like to work with different photographers.Different styles of photography, backgrounds, and outfits.
Does she have social media-twitter,instagram,etc.?Many ladies post selfies or candid photos on social media or a gallery on their websites with selfies/candids.
Don't just write her off due to her photographer you might be missing out on a great time just look and see if she has unedited or other photos before making a decision.

My words to him verbatim when my photo shoot was over. " I never want to get a review that states my pictures didn't look like me so do not ps me into a size 2" and he did not do that. I have of course seen ladies websites and not had any idea who they were in person because their photos were so over touched. Honestly if I have a cool shot but a goofy look on my face or my nose was shiny I just blur it. Need a selfies...ask me. Half of my 'friends' are on my Facebook page anyway and see my dorky selfies all the time

...a little divide between hobbyists and providers on this topic so far.

It's true that some of our clients (in this p4p business) instruct us to perform certain types of editing and it's our job to comply and deliver the best work possible. At the same time, I do understand the hobbyists concerns regarding the accuracy of "glamour" photos since these photos are a huge part of the decision making process when seeking a rendezvous.

My only suggestion would be to find as many photos as you can by browsing different websites that a particular escort uses. If she uses different photographers and includes some selfies, then you have a better idea of how she might look if some of the photos are somewhat recent

He does do a great job editing and making you look perfect but like someone said already that's why we had him take our pictures so they are over the top beautiful, so if looks are the most important thing to you try to find her SELFIES or different pictures of her that weren't so edited.

Most girls nowadays have social media like Facebook, twitter,Instagram. Ask her for a link to her profiles.

Understandable that photoshopped women that don’t measure up to them in real  life are a turn off to paying customers, but as an artist he uses different angles, shapes (both angular and curved), and the illusion of form through light and shadow that creates many intriguing and eye-catching compositions.

Now this is not the subject of the thread, but if you care to read, I’m going to have fun describing what I see in one of his photos and why I like it.

For instance, in today’s photo board, I like the Holly Lancaster Seattle Washington DC image (12/12/16), with the curved shape of the cropped-bottom ornamental-oval mirror frame that also acts as a frame to the partial figure in corset above it. The hint of the background mattress to the left of her and the chair and further drape to her right (this drape repeats the angle of her upper back), act as pointers to the figure and stops the eye from being led away from her.  Also, the bend at her elbow, with forearm that parallels mirror creates a pleasing repetition of angle (like the figure and drape). Both sides of the curved mirror lead the eye briefly downward and then her legs lead the eye upwards. (Note that the angularity of the elbow contrasted to the curve of the mirror breaks the monotony of similar shapes; this contrast of angle to curve contributes to the dynamics of the image.) Finally, the upper arm slopes up towards the cropped head, and the opposite top of breasts and chest also slopes up towards it. However, the center of interest is at the pit of the neck, because the head is slightly tilted towards it leading the eye down with a wisp of hair behind her that also acts as a pointer. One other pictorial effect worth mentioning is the back angle of chair, drape, lower breasts, and forearm all contribute and enhance this downward direction in contrast to the upward direction. All of these add to the composition’s dynamics. (I’m certain every photographer and artist knows that a center of interest is integral to making an aesthetic and pleasing picture.)

But…I don’t know the man and this is no art class (probably further than anyone on this board may think worthy of a mention and may trigger a flame or two), except in the picture that I described are some of the details he may be thinking about when he composes photo shoots; that is, he’s thinking about pictorial composition. He’s very good at his art and craft

Aldo is an *amazingly* nice guy, and hands over the complete catalog of images almost immediately after the shoot is ended. I shoot with a variety of photographers on a near constant basis, and Aldo is the only one that I've ever felt truly delivered his money's worth. He shoots what I want, reliably, quickly, and respectfully.

I've heard terrible things about most other photographers in this industry, and even if I were to dismiss every single one of those rumors as exaggerated rubbish (which I usually do), it still speaks volumes that no one *ever* has *anything* bad to say about Aldo. So while you dudes are looking for photos that aren't overshopped, we ladies are looking for a photographer that's not going to try to grope us, or resell our pics to a softcore site.

Aldo can be a little aggressive with photo shop sometimes... but another thing that's awesome about him is that he actually takes the time with the original image, so I can usually just ask for the original copies and just post those. If I spot something like an errant tag or some other wardrobe malfunction, I can ask him to fix it.

The jokes for years, and it still is true - see aldo watermark and ad 30 pounds and 5 years to the pics - and then you may get close.

I have never known them to be even close - and yes, he does it at the request of the providers, but its what he is KNOWN for so ladies who want that go there.

The chicken and the egg theory is nice and all, but regardless it is what it is.  I feel sorry for women who dont know, dont ask for it and then spend money and get lumped into that pile 'o providers.  But they are the minority...
