I rarely schedule anything more than a week in advance. Usually it's 2-3 days. I don't see too many new providers anymore and know my regular's civi-life schedule, so we can almost always make it work. I used to try to book touring providers further out, like when they first post an ad on my local board, but found they often cancelled trips or tried to change my appointment time so it became kind of a hassle.

2-5 days in advance.  I see new girls for one hour (if you book longer with someone you haven't met, and its not a match, its a lose-lose, either you are stuck there and the two hours seems like four, or else you leave early and catch the drama that goes with that).  If I repeat, its almost always for a minimum of two hours.  

and even longer for visiting gals.

...so I usually have to drive 4 1/2 hours one-way to get to the Big City where there is a decent selection of well-reviewed playmates. I've met a couple of faves during 2017 and I'll contact them 3-4 weeks ahead of my planned visit, just to make sure they would be available during my time there.

As for how far ahead, I go for it as soon as possible because I am obviously horny at the time and don't know if I will be two weeks from now. The only time I schedule far in advance is if its a travelling lady or one of the local ladies that at least gives the impression that she is so popular you have to book way in advance. I've made a few of those and had to cancel so I don't do it any more.  

i prefer to book a week or so in advance for a few reasons.

...by a esteemed government institution and they found that the ave. John schedules 60 minutes in advance for a 30 minute appointment.  

And of course some gents will reach out and ask the day of  to inquire about my availability that day. I  also have a dare pre-booked for April but that's unusual.

Actually I will sometimes book an appointment as far as several hours in advance, and I have even been known to book an entire day before a session if I am positive I can actually make it.

3 or 4 days in advance to make sure i can get the time slot that I want. That being said, I usually reserve an hour but on the rare occasions a superstar is in town, I do 2 hours.

Mostly 1st place are the 2hr , 2nd place popular are the 4hr dates but there seems a growing demand of dinner dates and over-nighters recently.

Most of my appointments book between 1-2 weeks in advance. I have appointments now into early March. Not many but a few. Once in a while i can do same day but that is rare.

I usually book 2-3 days in advance and like at /least/ an hour, though I prefer an hour and half to two hours with someone I’ve clicked with (and if my funds allow it...)

I usually schedule a date a week before time for two hours. Unless the provider has a favorite client who comes in last minute, I am assured I get my date.  The two hours gives plenty of time to relax and play. Come on, you have a gorgeous nude woman in bed with you, why not totally enjoy?

Last June in Las Vegas , I met a 21 year old provider that asked me if i wanted an appointment. I told her that I would see her when she was 34.  

Most are scheduled 4-6 weeks out and are either 3-4 hours or overnights with an occasional 2 hrs here and occasional 48hr trip there.

Most of my sessions are on business trips. So I plan sometimes a week or two in advance, so I can meet the provider that I want to meet. And I plan at least a two hour date, nothing less.  

I agreed to celebrate my date's 25th in 2024.  She told me the date and I checked my calendar.  Wouldn't you know it, I had the plumber booked to fix my toilet that day so, I'm afraid, she will have to celebrate without me.

I have one gentleman I see once a year. He schedules a year in advance. If I go to NY,  mostly same day appointments.  It really depends on the city, the lady,  your schedule and finances.  Generally speaking, I like to book a week in advance or atleast 24 hr in advance. NY is just last minute lol I'm low volume most of the time and majority is pre booked a week or more in advance.  
As for time together? I mostly do 4hrs or more majority of the time. I offer a dinner date package and overnight so I've marketed myself to fit what best suits me really. Again,  it depends on the lady and her needs and where she wants her biz model to go and it depends on your schedule and finances.

About a month in advance. Most of my appointments are when I'm away from my home city or with a touring gal. I used to be a 1 hour guy but lately I've been scheduling 90 minute or 2 hour appointments.

I schedule one week prior in my home town for both new encounters and repeats, 2-3 weeks prior when traveling.  I have scheduled within 24 hrs, but rarely.  Those would be the "call only when you're ready" providers.  I routinely book 60 min sessions, but have on occasion requested longer sessions with repeat favorites.

I have an appointment booked for September of this year already. I like 2-3 hours.

I prefer for first timers 5 to 7 days, with regular visitors 48 hours is good.  My minimum visit is 1.5 hours because I just got tired of the rush experienced in a 1 hour visit.

6 weeks ahead. My ability to get away to play is limited so it depends on when I know I am "free" to enjoy the company of a wonderful provider.  

I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for all meetings but I truly appreciate when clients plan as much ahead of time as possible. For new clients I usually request at least 2 hours for our first session so we have time to get comfortable and build a little chemistry before the fun begins

....with local providers,i like to book 2-3 days in advance...usually 1 hr for first visit (to see if we fit)-then 2 hrs minimum after that....when on the road at least a week in advance-2 to 3 hr visit first time....3hr to overnite+ if i see her again...

Having schedule in advance help me to organize my day,if I don’t have a date in 2 hour I can use that time to do errand cook my lunch or shopping or go to the gym and back home on time to attend my next client.
I only offer incall from 11 am to 8pm so I have to be very organized and tell my  clients to be on time because I take 30 minutes a break between appointments to clean the mess chance sheets and shower myself.  I hate to be rush by clients telling me (are you available now ?I am 5 minutes away from you.) so for me is important to get my dates in advance so is the best way I don’t care if you are horny and be 10 minutes away I need to be ready for it if I am not, I won’t take you. That way I teach the clients to have more respect for me and be consider high class provider also if is first time you need to pm me good reference to verified you.  
We also have life so that is why my schedule is short 9 hours a day.
Incalls I do only for two hours minimum  
Outcalls definitely has to be requested with one or two days  or week in advance.  
My outcalls I can do from 2 to 4 hours or overnight from 9pm to 7am.
