than anything else, because its the truth for me.  Doing this allows me to have the freedom to travel whenever I want, spend my days doing whatever I want, and not worry about money.  I had a part time job for a month and I tried to get out half an hour early to go to a dentist appointment and let them know a few days beforehand and they told me to cancel it.  This was one of those jobs where you had a different schedule every week and if you wanted a day off (you only got 3 days a month) you had to schedule it in advance without knowing if you were working that day or not, but either way it would still count against you.  So I quit after a month, getting paid minimum wage and not being able to go to my dentist appointment and not having a regular schedule wasn't worth having a job for appearance purposes and it cut into the job that was actually paying my bills.  Everyone talks about how low wage workers are just lazy bums who don't work hard enough, well I equate it to slave labor, horrible job to have and getting paid pennies.

Lets face it.  This is a novel way to make a whole lot of money in a short period of time. Also this give you a way to go back to school or find a way to develop skills so that you really can do what you want.  Also you also learn how to run your own business and how to do the most rudimentary things like scheduling and how to do the most critical things like screening and being safe.  Not only is it freedom it also gives you a sense of autonomy as well.  

That is very true.  I have a problem with authority so I hope to have my own business one day.

 Say there's this provider you just booked with.  You email or call her and ask her a million questions.  For example, "Why are you a provider?" Or "Why did you retire then come back?"  
   
 Seriously?!
