I'm a size 13.5 shoe...but fortunately its nowhere near a 1:1 corresponding ratio, -heck as I age, I'm just thankful it works.

Not a lady, but agree with robsul2004.  I wear an 11 1/2 shoe, am small-to-medium.  No one seems to mind (maybe they're just polite, and maybe its my 11" tongue (lol)). Also just thankful that it works.

I have also heard that forearm length corresponds better. So this would be the length from the crook of the elbow to the wrist. Of course, this isn't such an easy measurement to assess quickly.

By the way, I'm being absurd for fun. There is definitely a correlation, but it's not going to be accurate enough to measure down to the inch, and when we're talking "size," I'm sure that every inch matters. There's just no highly-specific correlation between size-of-this and size-of-that. Bodies aren't even symmetrical, let alone regular!

I really don't think there is any correlation at all, but I dunno. I have somewhat large feet and a fairly large member. I also have a friend with whom I've had partners in common, and he is a tall guy at like 6'3, and feet that seem to match, with what two ladies have mentioned is an absolute python in his shorts that puts me completely to shame.
