Yes the two markets are wildly different, but I live in Philly and we lose many of our great, younger local Indy girls to Florida, Arizona, etc. I would be very worried about my finances if I lived in The Big Apple. . The diversity, the actual number of amazing women who live and provide there as well as it being such a big tour destination for so many around the country, make it unparalleled in my opinion. That said I know many would say Vegas and LA are as good. . I wouldn't have guessed that about Minnie but I am glad you enjoyed it there. Never been, so maybe I should check it out. Thanks!
I would be broke if I lived there. I always try to pay my state’s rates to convince these girls there are more lucrative opportunities elsewhere. I hope you lucky fools know what you have ❤️

Decent providers are not cheap in LA. Most are in the 800-1k range if they want any kind of volume. And there are plenty that are well above that amount because they don't need the money that badly.
At 700 you can get okay action, but pickings starts to slim down. Anything under this amount, there is likely a reason.
Like many places, the Kgirl volume factories are always cheaper.
I defenatley see highly reviewed providers in other states that are way more of a bargain than what I find here.
The cost of living on either coast is just so high. A semi decent one bedroom apartment in LA is going to run you $2,500. You can find a decent one bedroom apartment in the city I live in for $700-$800. If you look at the cost of a decent one bedroom in Minneapolis it is going to cost about $1,500. Checking on the cost of a one bedroom apartment when you visit a city is a good barometer to compare to the going rates for providers in that area. A provider should be able to pay rent for a one bedroom in that area by seeing 2-3 clients at their going rate. Obviously this is just an average and independent providers determine their own rates and business models to find what works for them.
