Can some explain to me why most escorts I've contacted want to be paid with Ebay Cards instead of cash? They tell me it's for security reasons , which I consider bs. The only thing I can figure is that they are afraid to carry cash.

It sounds like you hit the nail on the head. One provider I saw back in the day had been mugged the week before I saw her.  

Anecdotally, I’ve read of another provider having her money stolen by the cleaning crew.  

To be safe, touring providers should be sending the money to their account via Western Union every morning or evening.

Once you purchase the card, they will ask you for the card info to be texted or phoned into them and then they disappear. Make sure you Google the number they are using to see if it has any history.

For legit providers asking to be paid by gift card, they are risking getting scammed by the monger. Give her the gift card at the time of the visit, and then they zero out the card before the provider has a chance to use it.

I was ready to meet a provider at a motel. I thought since I had her address ,I would meet her and hand over cash. Yet she still wanted payment by way of EBAY.   It would be hard to scam me with me standing there. I can only figure they don't want to keep cash laying around. Yet she never told me that. I asked her to call me. She did . And all I got was a distant voice that kept saying " hello, hello, I can't hear you. "  Those type calls have happened before when I am sure I am being scammed,and that's what made me cancel the deal.  I think they call me to gain my trust and then I will go get the Ebay card. It's really suspect .
