I am increasingly finding myself wanting to see providers based in part on their blogs.  Personality matters and it seems to come through there much more than the more scripted writing on websites.  Providers, how important is blogging/tweeting in your marketing?  For those who do it, do you find it drives business or is more something you do for fun?

And I tend to gauge personality based on email correspondence.  Since I am always here, I tend to talk with quite a few gals. Sometimes we end up becoming pen pals and I end up seeing them.

That being said, I got no interest is reading their mental masturbations.. :D

The majority of my reviews say "I met Ally based on her writings".
There are enough fashion blogs, struggle blogs, political blogs, kitschy lifestyle blogs.
So I leave all of that BS out of mine.

I like to talk about psychosexual fuckery, sessions clients who I've found particularly intriguing, personal rendezvous or whatever else I feel like sharing that I think would help someone who is looking for someone like me to find me.
Many clients skip it and I can go months without writing a *real* entry but more than a few visit it weekly to see if I've said something or reference it in person and that is enough for me.  Its definitely been an asset to me in terms of driving return traffic and giving clients a sense that there are no rules, I'm down for whatever.  For me sex is not only a full sensory physical experience, but an emotional one and the deeper down the rabbit hole I go the better it is for me.  My blog conveys that and I really enjoy meeting clients who feel the same.
Sometimes a scent can take you to a certain place or time in your life- my experiences are much like that to me they're an archive of men who have changed me. Sometimes clients contact me nostalgic for a time in their lives when they experienced something or someone similar to something I've written about and its very cool to open a professional relationship with that in common.

I love Tweeting.  I maligned social media inthe hobby for years, but have found it to be civil & entertaining.  Ho(bby) Twitter just isn't a platform that lends itself to nastiness- escorts & clients just stay in their lane, follow people they find intriguing without having to engage with everyone & meet new friends & lovers.  I feel like it lends another layer of legitimacy to someone's presentation.  Anyone can claim to be this that or the other but Twitter can really show you who a girl is in ways that the generic websites cannot.

At the end of the day I could run my business without either- but I can honestly say that both elements have attracted some attention I would not have otherwise had from some great clients
with similar interests in opinions as me and that is a +++++.

and I often find them very interesting.

Some gals are excellent writers, and the ability to get to know them that much better enhances my experience with them.

I love reading a Lady's musings on her blog, as long as they aren't just veiled ads. If I am going to spend time with her, I would like to know more than the normal 'blah blah' I see on 'About' pages.

I have seen ladies specifically for what they have written in their blogs. Tweeting doesn't hold any sway with me.

I prefer the "gourmet mind".  :-)
If sex is 80% mental, having an encounter that involves the 80% and 20% is the best to me.

how are they NOT Ads? Isn't that the purpose of an Ad to capture the attention of the consumer and encourage him to take the next step?

Blogs are very much a marketing tool, unless they are totally independent of her provider persona and part of her personal life...

hiring ghost writers. It would be a good exercise to compare their email correspondence with their blog posts and call out their BS.  :D

But I'm unsure if a. I have time, and b. anyone gives a shit about my day-to-day ramblings. I love to write, but most of the writing I do is political in nature and I'd rather not "go there" as Tobi because it'd probably be a major turn-off to anyone who isn't a pinko like me.

I think you could find a lot of that just by comparing someone's ad copy to their emails.

The writer actually having friends they can share details of their life with.  And not just in this P4P world....but anyone who needs to resort to publicly declaring they took a shit this morning, followed by some coffee and then logging on and writing their story about nothingness.  And that story was already done on Seinfeld  LOL

Much of the blog/twitter/other social media has allowed introverts a way to express themselves without putting themselves out there.  It also screams of someone needing attention.  I hope they can eventually integrate themselves into society and enjoy true human interaction.

I do find it sad that many need to use a blog as a way of expressing themselves.  But if it is working for them...it has no effect on how I will live my life.

Those that like to read them are indeed voyeurs.  Instead of peeking in through that naughty window...they can simply log on and read someone else's story.  Whatever turns you on.  Too bad reading someone else's story instead of living their own...but there's some nonsense out there for everyone.

Which I have no interest in.

There's an off chance that there's a modern literary or philosophical genius lurking within the blogosphere.

Therefore, as with my work, and like my colleagues do, I will give a person one chance to prove it by reading him/her once.

If you haven't captured our imagination in 60 sec, likely we'll never read you again.

Otherwise I could give two shits about an escort's daily shits
