Who knew! (rhetorical!!) 🤷♂️ I don't disagree with his definition.
So, tonight I was reading a companion's website and her rate structure separated "GFE" from "GFE and PSE". Cool. So, in the "GFE and PSE" section, she stated (para-phrasing here): "Greek is an additional 5$$. BBFS not provided." Those statements weren't next to each other like that, but were in the same section.
Given how dynamic a lot of these abbreviations can be, how many different "meanings" of PSE actually exist?
From my exposure to websites and reviews, I'm learned the following meanings:
Greek
BBFS
Possibly more "wild" experience
Does that about cover it or am I missing something?

At a minimum for each, and sort of contradicting your potential hooker for the night:
GFE = DFK, BBBJ, CFS
PSE = GFE + BBFS
Since she's making a distinction by placing her services into 'groupings,' I think it's fair that she altered PSE the way she did.
BBBJ, CFS and Covered Greek. More recently (last five years, give or take), PSE has become a euphemism for BBFS. It appears from the way it is worded that her GFE is going to be CFS and maybe CBJ, while the $500 upcharge will get you BBBJ and Covered Greek, but NOT BBFS. This interpretation of PSE is old-school and out of date, and by today's standard, seems in conflict with "no BBFS," but at least she is being clear about what is on her menu and what's not. Any idea of her age?

Agree that the question is an endless one but not entirely pointless or too annoying. Though I do wish people would at least first try doing a search on their question to see what has already been said about it.
But, end of day, the terms ultimately mean what they do in the various markets one sees them. PSE can mean "porn star experience", which to me should mean you get what you see in porn videos. But it has also been used to me both greek is offered and that BBFS is offered in various settings. GFE, and seems perhaps more true in Philippines, can mean BBFS as well as the more generally used term for a more sensuous type experience.
So if you are unsure what the term is supposed to mean just ask the provider you want to see if that is on their website/ad. If it is a review, then PM the reviewer and ask.

That is just not my take or my understanding at all. PSE always meant more animalistic type sex, maybe unique, less conventional sex positions, much louder/more vocal sex ending possibly with CIM/Swallow or anal sex. It never meant sex without a condom but that is just my personal take.

No, unless it's been coopted, you're mistaken. The term "Ultra GFE" originated on Reddit, and the originator already defined it when he, a mod there, introduced it. It includes BBFS, but other elements are the reason it's called Ultra-GFE.

If you say so. Terms get coopted every day, especially by our suppliers, and I don't like it. As for Ultra-GFE, I would challenge you to find a reference to it prior to the one I posted for you (except for the root post he's expanding on in that link).

To me personally, I offer PSE as an added Elite exxxperience. No BBFS. Greek is extra because it takes preparation & remember YMMV always.
BBFS has historically never been included in the various "service level/style acronyms". It has always been separately and specifically referenced. GFE and PSE are exactly as QB defined them.
The BBFS crowd has been trying to co-opt an acronym for at least a decade.
NonGFE = Everything covered, No kissing no exchange of fluids.
GFE = Some Exchange of fluids, CFS, bbbj+kissing
PSE = BBFS, BBBJ, DFK (You know, like a pornstar)
Any off these could have Greek added.

Well sort of. It's a large subset of new reviews. A significant portion of new reviews are of Asian agency women, and a significant number of them advertise as "O" or open-minded to bbfs.
