Two weeks you say?  Try getting older with diabetes.  Lucky then if the "healing process" is two months!  Rather counter-productive to hobbying, I would say.  ED drugs may help it get harder and larger.  They don't help with popping (in fact may make it worse).  Longer to pop means more abrasion.  More abrasion (especially with latex condoms) means more MCS (as you put it).  

Why couldn't we have done more of this stuff when we were younger?  Same old story, you don't have money till you're old.  Without that, they're just aren't many women (since I've never met a worthwhile one that will fuck for free) or much travel and such. I had that problem once when I was a youngster but it wasn't a 12 hour fuck ..
