I can't speak for what GreatRush actually meant, but you are more susceptible to catching a STD if there are abrasions on your equipment.

Two weeks you say?  Try getting older with diabetes.  Lucky then if the "healing process" is two months!  Rather counter-productive to hobbying, I would say.  ED drugs may help it get harder and larger.  They don't help with popping (in fact may make it worse).  Longer to pop means more abrasion.  More abrasion (especially with latex condoms) means more MCS (as you put it).  

Why couldn't we have done more of this stuff when we were younger?  Same old story, you don't have money till you're old.  Without that, they're just aren't many women (since I've never met a worthwhile one that will fuck for free) or much travel and such. Then you finally get the money and one still cannot adequately enjoy these things.  I am convinced that life is about relishing over table scraps (one way or the other).

I had that problem once when I was a youngster but it wasn't a 12 hour fuck .. Only a 3 hour fuck and I was too young and ignorant to realize she was drying out..I awoke the next day with severe blisters on my Dick..Looked like your finger does if you catch the edge with a hammer or other blunt instrument,, Big blood blisters. a week later I was healed and ever since I always carry a lube with me to keep the slide going..
