you can correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not talking in an absolute sense either, always or never. But its seems the gents are far more aggressive and condescending lashing out at the woman than they are the men.  

I'm not talking about ball breaking and sarcasm that bares a bit of the truth below the surface, but more of the nastier insults, either bluntly or so thinly veiled in sarcasm that it comes across the same.

I usually see both, I think it depends on the topic of conversation. In my personal experience I've had both. I've had gents be aggressive or show extreme aggression towards me and I've also seen providers just go off. I think it has to do with....

1. The topic in hand, certain people don't want to hear anything other than what they believe to be true on a certain topic causing them to just explode or get offended  
2.Plain hating- Some people can't see new blood on the streets or can't hear something that doesn't make sense in their mind.

To me personally, I don't pay mind to it. It's a form of entertainment. I was called a filthy animal yesterday and I tell you I haven't laughed that hard in a while.  

I'm interested in what others think though, as that is a very interesting observation.

and the laugh most if it off stuff. But a lot of this stuff, I don't think would be said face to face. Aaaaah, anonymity (in most cases).

I haven't been here long, but it seems to me most of the smarter, more experienced guys are equal-opportunity flamers. They have a low tolerance for stupidity and will go at dumb guys or dumb girls just as easily.  I mean, look at what happened to the retard who posted below about ripping off a SB.

As one of the more "aggressive" posters here, I am as afro-desiac points out, an equal opportunity flamer. I am every bit as likely to go off on a guy as a woman. I do believe in equal rights though and women don't get a pass from me when they too go off the reservation.

Women have been pushing for equal rights for decades as have minorities, when dealing with me that's exactly what you get, I don't treat any race, sex or religion worse than any other, but nor do any get a free pass from me either.  

and yes, I am pretty much the same in person as I am right here. I just have a very low threshold for stupidity and that crosses all race and gender lines. The misogynist label was always baffling to me. I don't look, or know in many cases, what gender someone is when I reply to someone. Idc about their race or ethnicity either. It is irrelevant.  

Yes, there are really dumb shit remarks here by hookers at times and they need to be called out.
But in my experience, except for a few cases, it is the johns here that worry me the most. No, not most of them but enough to know it is a concern by things they post.
