Is it common practice to ask a provider how often she gets tested and when her last test was? Or perhaps to see the test result document? Other questions might be how many clients she sees per month, how selective she is regarding who she sees, etc.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to post this kind of information in provider profiles, so clients can consider these factors when choosing someone.

So I guess for the safety of the ladies all clients should bring their testing results with them as well, maybe have a links to those with his reviews?
and a numeration of how many providers he sees, as well as civvies, and if he goes bareback with any of those including any SO.

So that ladies could consider this while screening clients.

This may come as some shock to you, but the ladies in this business don't actually want STIs, and they actually do try and get checked, and have more to live a healthy, disease free life for than just being a object for clients entertainment...so they will try and take some care of themselves.

As for asking to see the test result documents...yeah she will show you her medical records with her name and personal information on it...and if it doesn't have her name and personal information then how would you know it was her documents and not someone else's?

Here's an idea if you think a lady is a disease ridden spooge bucket that spreads it for any and all...don't book time with her...or if you must book time with her anyway, keep it covered.

Start off by getting tested together; then go to dinner & a show.  A few days later when the results come back, you'll know if you should "complete" the date.

And don't forget that in the three to five business days it takes to get the results, he'll need to stay in her presence 24/7 to ensure she doesn't accidentally fall on a c*ck so that she has to be tested all over again :o)

-----------
COMMENTS: OK, she is new she says from Kabul and I TOFTT to see if she was a scam. She is not a scam but she has the “Cleanliness Fetish” that absolutely kills the mood. For me I need to have the essence of sexuality, and with this very pretty girl, I felt a bit as thou I was at my Doctor’s office.
In fairness the girl is very pretty – O-YES she is!! And you can touch her breasts, very soft very very nice, and touch her back and touch her butt, that is it. No insertion of any type except MR Happy with his hat. And she holds on to the end of it so that.... Well I do not know why?

She even puts the HAT on – not allowing me to do so, since that would “infect the hat”. Of course there is no kissing of any type made very clear when I called – “NO EXCHANGE OF BODILY FLUIDS!” She was true to her word. Which also means no DATY. Oh, One nice thing, she does allow some sucking on her breasts lightly. And her covered French is not bad as she holds the Hat in that special way so as not to allow … I do not know what?

After the main event, a bit of side action so she could hold onto the HAT, so as not to allow … I do not know what?, and I was cleaning up a bit (hey it was ok now to touch the HAT), she asked as I dressed if I was going to tip her. I said I already did. I paid $160 and she asked $150 so there you go.

I did spot one GERM on the way out the door next to the door handle but I smacked it good. It looked like it was trying to get in to infect the HATS!

Also, she is up here with her friend YYYYYYYY I think who I spotted going into the room next to XXXXXX…’s Man she looked hot. I may have to test drive YYYYYYY soon!

In closing, not a total waste of time, and the amount of money was not excessive, and she was honest about NO Bodily fluids, and she is sweet and pretty. I do not think this girl could tell a lie. Soft voice, hot bod, too bad she is closed for real fun. But that is her choice. Be aware and make the call or not. She is for real – no bait and switch, no grab the cash and run.

O, yes, one other thing. She sure keeps a clean hotel room. But why was the soap still in the paper wrapper?

Maybe in time she will improve and not be so paranoid about GERMS.

But to be safe, maybe she was onto something, I sprayed Lysol all over myself when I got home and soaked in a hot tub of GERM killing anti-baterial soap. I’m good.

I get tested every 3 months. I go to health care provider that specializes in STD testing. The STD doc told me that providers are in a business and they will do things to keep from getting STDs. A provider knows that if she has a STD it will kill her business. The STD told me that providers get tested once a month. The STD doc told me that the best protection is cleaning with water. That including drinking water. Washing after and before a round. Of course using condoms for sexual intercourse. He got a laugh and told me that our bodies are pretty good at fighting infection. A good STD doc can give you statistics about infection rates in the hobby.

A good provider should be willing to exchange STD results, or at least ask you when the last time you were tested.

The STD doc told me that any provider doing BBFS problably has HIV and does not care about herself. If you get offered BBFS run away as fast as you can.

I would think that anyone who worried this much about STD's woudldn't be bothered with providers in the first place.

And DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT asking me how many hobbyists I see in a month or any other length of time...NOT YOUR BUSINESS! (Beyond freakin' tacky...)

Hehe. I'm a little surprised at some of the reactions to an innocent question.

Of course I would share any info about my sexual history with a provider if she asked. It's a reasonable request to me, just as some people do when having casual sex with other civvies. I would imagine that many providers would understand if a few questions were asked as well, and would try to be helpful as long as they weren't too intrusive.

During my extensive research of reviews to learn various and sundry do's and don'ts, I read a review in which the lady actually made the guy wear not one but TWO hats - at the same time! To make matters worse, she kept stopping every few minutes to make sure the hats were still in place.

I never laughed so hard in my life. Boy is she in the wrong line of work :o)

Howinell could that poor guy feel anything??

The dating scene seems far more risky than the escort scene if you want to have my 2 cents, even if you don't want them anyway! LOL!

Yes, I am addicted to Life, yes - it might be shocking to you but I do have another life which is going last for a long long time. I do make sure of that!

I have a girlfriend desperate for a husband and who has been on a dating scene for several years, and amazingly she is the one who does it unprotected because she is afraid of saying, saying what by the way "Protection because I don't want to die". I never understood why it is so hard to say that. It used to be "Use protection, I don't want to get pregnant!". We had heated discussions about it but she is still doing it!

I am a safety girl, but not long ago, a regular client of mine put on the table $ 5,000 to do it unprotected. My only question was "Is it what I am worth it?". Needless to say he is not my client anymore! LOL!

I know a way for you to be 100 % safe, not only safe but your bank account will stay intact. Use Mrs. Palmer. Best one around for safe sex!

Have a beautiful day,

XOXO

Nikki

You really have more to worry over with women on a dating site or a barfly.. or your wife that may be cheating just as well as you are.

We make over 200 300 400 500 600an hour.. we can afford to take care of ourselves and take the necessary precautions that we have to.

Bottom line is don't hobby if you do not want to increase your exposure.
I know for a fact that several of the eastern european girls here are only tested for the basic STD's, nothing else.  And even if tested monthly, a provider can get infected the next day, and transmit within a few days to a week after that.  Being selective helps if she only sees the same people every month. As most hobbyists like variety, there's not much chance in that happening, and certainly not for the high-volume girls.
What would be a good idea is a forum where hobbyists can share info on providers that have STD's like herpes, however unpopular that may be with providers. Who would you trust for STD info, the providers Russian mafioso handler, or a fellow hobbyist?

It's okay to ask if you've been tested, but no one is going to see my results with my name on it, unless I can cover that part up. Sorry!  I don't think people are angry for him asking the question. I just think it's extreme what he's asking. I'd like to see his test results and his name on a piece of paper. Wink! In the sack you take your chances. It's more likely for providers to take better care of themselves than civies. PLEASE use protection everyone.

Hugs,
Ciara

“The STD doc told me that any provider doing BBFS problably has HIV and does not care about herself. If you get offered BBFS run away as fast as you can.”

This is almost identical to what ScaredStraight recently said.: “Just another note never ever do Bare Back Full Service. The STD doc says providers who do that no matter the price they charge probably have HIV.

It is general agreed that the risk of HIV transmission is substantially less for BBBJ than that for BBFS. Studies on monogamous, heterosexual, HIV-1-discordant couple indicate the rate of HIV transmission per unprotected coital act to be about 1 to 8 per 1000. The HIV prevalence in the 15-49 year old US population is about 7/1000.  For the sake of argument and ease of calculation let take the pessimistic view and assume the risk of BBBJ is at the high end of that for BBFS (8/1000) and HIV prevalence is higher (1/100 rather than 7/1000) than in the general population (1/100).  The risk of lady getting HIV from one oral sex event is 8/1000000.

To say that a lady “probably” has HIV you are assuming a greater than 50% chance of HIV as a result of doing BBBJ.  Using theses conservative risk in order for a lady to have a 50% HIV risk from doing BBBJ she would have to do approximately 10,000 of them. At 500 BBBJ/year it will take a lady 20 years to obtain such a risk.

I suspect a better rational can be made for not doing BBBJ is that by doing so one reduce the much higher cumulative risk to lady or hobbyist in getting the other more highly prevalent and infectious STDs like HPV, genital herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, non-specific urethritis, and syphilis from a BJ

Since obviously anyone who wants to keep a home life happy needs to be aware of the possibility of something raining, or even dripping on your own parade. But the fact is, even in porn - where performers are tested once every 30 days - STD's can flood the industry in a matter of weeks.

So keeping it covered is best, even in a tested world.

I wish we could develop something so sensical as sharing test results between partners for peace of mind, but besides there being some sneaky way around loss of privacy, there is no way around fools hound-dogging for too much passion, even while their dicks are on fire.

Yes, I guess one way to screen providers would be to ask if she offers BBFS.

The last provider I was with, who looked "clean" and "respectable" offered BBFS after I made a casual comment that I didn't like condoms because they dull the sensation. I wasn't asking her for BBFS and didn't expect her to offer it. Of course I declined. But I wonder how often this type of "pass" is given by providers in the heat of passion.

In all fairness to
Mark755.  It only takes once, and questions may be tacky or not PC for your hobby, and yes there are antibiotics unless you of course get into some stuff with HIV (fairly difficult to transmit) or HepC, much easier and much more devastating.
So I find the "code of honor" intimated in these responses totally unresponsible blind faith!  All you seasoned, mature hobbyists who know the rules and right questions to ask  your SP, and know your SP's take good care of themselves, shame on you for belittling someone's interest in their health.

Jadie 2196 reads

"Blind faith" is to rely on a piece of paper or accept the word (testing frequency, date of her last test, clients/month and her client selectivity) of a lady you have never met as evidence that she is a low STD risk.  The risk of HIV transmission is as much as 50 times higher during the acute phase of the disease (1-3 weeks after infection), when the viral load is high and probably before a lady has been tested and diagnose as HIV+.  It is believe that as much as 50% of all HIV transmission occurs during the acute phase. No need to depend on a piece of paper or lady’s word if you assume she is a health threat and take the proper precaution that is compatible with the risk you are willing to accepts.  Moreover, action does speak louder than words.  A lady screening protocol and her behavior during session is usually a good indicator of how safety conscious she is.
