I was just talking to my children the other day about this kinda thing.... Their ages range from 16-28.
I have a CRJ degree. My interest has never been LE. My interests are Juvenile Delinquency and Judicial Process.

If the average citizen understood the Constitution and Judicial Process, some lawyers might be without jobs!!

But even knowing that you don't have to talk to cops might not help "People of Color"

I suggest everyone understand the criminal law for your individual STATE.

The 10,000 laws on the books he referred to  :)....you'd be surprised to hear some of them. I moved to South Carolina in 1997. I lived in Cupertino, California before moving to the Carolinas. In the year 1997 a law in South Carolina forbid Black men from marrying White women. South Carolina is a "Common Law" state. It was just a few years ago that South Carolina no longer recognized any NEW "Common Law" Marriages.

There is plenty of food for thought in this video.

I would send it to all my family and friends...An American Liberties Infommercial
Thanks

There have been a couple of threads here recently about what to do if if one gets caught up in a police sting.

Here is the first of two a video links which are a MUST-SEE for everybody, but especially for hobbyists and providers.

That was very interesting....I also watched the cops response

Thank you for an excellent posting. This was a real eye opener.

This is a law that Tye Lawson of the Tar Heels was arrested for over the weekend.
I had a date last night and before we got naked we talked about a few things. When I told him about the charge, my friend asked how long after he drank did he drive? The next day? I had never heard of such a charge. My son and I had seen it scroll by Friday afternoon on ESPN. Driving after Drinking. We didn't GET it.

It makes you wonder....Can you talk down a DUI to a Driving after Drinking? Do all states offer this KINDa Law?

I just looked at your website.
