you eat pineapple or drink the juice on a regular basis. I have found vegans and vegetarians have the best tasting yum! Heavy meat eaters, especially red meat, have acid tasting cum. Eat or drink the pineapple (oranges work too) about 12 hours ahead of your date.   Also avoid salt, fried food, and drink lots of water.
