Mr Thomas Jenkins certainly accelerated the board scroll rate with his post stating that escort services were too expensive, that he couldn't respect escorts because they sell access to their bodies, and that he was entitled to "get his money's worth" by extending his sessions as long as possible beyond the time he paid for. (I think he didn't REALLY mean all of that, but it certainly stirred up a tempest). I've posted my own thoughts in that thread, but another just came to me that may well help us to evaluate the "value received"  for the payment.
