Is the term bolt-ons generally used to describe all breast implants or just rock hard poorly done

The gal that I wrote about below - had beautiful tits... they were totally natural - how do I know?   there was no way any plastic bag - no matter what it is made of can disappear like that when the lady lies on her back... they just disappeared into her chest... I had forgotten what that can look like... plus when you felt them, there was just nothing under the skin... just some tissue... and that was it!

for the most part, well done boobs are a great turn on and can transform a womans figure - but the poor boob jobs are not and I always feel that they are going to explode if I am too rough.

I say the noses should be called "whittled". Does anyone ever actually leave the O.R. with a larger nose? My point exactly.
