As to why august?  2 conferences to attend in September, then holiday season starts in October.  So it was the only chance to chill out for next few months.

Holiday season...in October?

I've already seen Holiday ad shit going up here in August.

Shit...it used to be not till well after Thanksgiving that shit started.  Now it's getting to be simply a six month excuse for shopping  LOL
