Yes, I know how to do prostate massage.  You might want to try a tantric practitioner.  Though I'm curious as to why you mention producing fluid without orgasm.  If that has some special relevance to you, tell your provider that.

Just so you know, getting a prostate massage in search of a mythic orgasm doesn't always yeild the results you want.  Try approaching this as exploring prostate sensation.  It doesn't always happen the first time, and it's really a yogic practice.  Sometimes you have to learn how to experience it.  And yes, I have worked with women who have to learn HOW to feel sensation in their g-spots.

On my 'to do' list is find a provider that can do what I've read about with the male G-spot -- to find the prostate gland, massage it in a way that everyone says is amazing, and have her produce a few drops of fluid without orgasm.  It's been something I'm looking for, but it seems providers who advertise prostate massages are really just doing some anal fingerbanging.

Anyway, I've also read that if done wrong it can do damage, and doctors who do this for people with prostate problems give them antibiotics in case of infections.  Has anyone actually experienced this kind of male G-spot massage?  Can you tell me what your experiences were?  Is it worth seeking out, and is it really dangerous?

I've done it to a guy a  few times. Anyone with a butthole that wants insertion it's up to you to make sure it's very well cleaned out. I keep short manicured acrylic nails which has never hurt anyone, I use a thick glove and a lot of lube.....no problems yet.

Prostate massage is a significant piece of the tantric bodywork sessions I offer.  It is an incredibly powerful experience for most men.  If you have a local provider that you like, I would suggest asking her to do it for you.  There are many videos and instructional tapes.  I recommend Dr. Joseph Kramer's videos (the body electric school).  He has a video specific to anal massage, which includes the prostate.

Or you can ask her to read about it.

Basically, the difference between, say, a finger-banging and a prostate massage is in the technique and the intention.  A prostate massage should be given after a full body massage, or at least a few minutes of dedicated foreplay to relax you.  Trust me when I say, if you don't do this, you will notice the difference.  A prostate massage when you are receptive and relaxed is nothing but deeply pleasurable.  A finger in the ass when you aren't ready for it is nothing but uncomfortable.

When you are relaxed and ready, insert one finger about 2 inches in, and curl up toward the base of the penis.  The prostate is right there, it feels a bit like walnut or a small indented ring of muscle.  I use a lot of other techniques before during and after to add to the sensations, and keep the orgasm building but not releasing as well, but even just a bit of gentle stimulation is wonderful.

If you'd like to experiment with your prostate alone, there is also a line of great toys called "aneros" designed for auto-erotic prostate stim.

Prostate massage is one of my favorite things in the world.  Please go get one, it'll make you a much happier person.  ;)
