The name I gave them is RIP .

Even if it is not a scam (and it sounds like one), there is a saying that the internet is forever.  They may make some half-hearted attempts to remove your name, but can never ensure it is gone from every possible place where the info could reside, nor ensure that the same info couldn't somehow be reposted.

I was emailed by someone saying they were a lawyer and for a fee would take my info off this list.
Years ago whenI started in the hobby I was foolish enough to give my home address, telephone # etc.

I was wondering if anyone knew about this and without me going to my lawyer getting it removed.
My old cell # is on this so I know it's from a few years ago, also there is a picture of a guy that is not me, but still if my wife ever googled my name it is on the first page.

Most on that list are MC customers.  Being on one of these sites is a nightmare.  This hobby is more dangerous than ever in many regards.  Stalkers, crazy providers, blacklisting, real names on sites for minor stuff.  You might wish you were dead like me.

I had been meeting a provider at my house for almost a year now. She is a high end provider, very classy, and I shared my personal information, such as mobile number, name and of course where I live. For some time I have been noticing that she tends to go ballistic over other providers even going out of her way to hurt them and her temper/attitude makes me worried. I decided to stop meeting her and did not respond to a couple of phone calls from her. Should I be worried? Or, am I being paranoid? Changing the phone number is possible but shifting house is very difficult.

As for you wife googling your name (Real life name) if a pic of someone else shows up well all you have to say is that all the info associated with the name is for the guy in the pic.
Ya gotta figure that with 300+ million people in this country there will be others with the same name as you.

Kinda like when the telemarketer calls me. I listen to their shit, sometimes put the phone down while I go take a piss, feed my boys, some shit like that. They're still talking and I politely ask for their number. They ask why and I tell them so I can call them on their time. They say that's not possible, and there I go with 'Well, who-the-fuck told you to call me while I'm....'

For some reason they don't call anymore....

I thought that was my job!
