Why not just be honest.  Tell her that you'd love to see her more frequently for a quickie if she is available for a short session.  Tell her when would work and just say "call me or text me if you want to do it".  Probably even better to make an appointment for the future for a normal session also, and bring this up in the context of 'if you happen to have time between now and then, then let me know'

Just be very mindful that she probably has other obligations to tend to (school, kids, etc) so her time may not be as flexible as you think. Regarding the rate/ length of the visit, if you approach her in a nice, polite and honest way, she will let you know, sometimes as much as we would love to accommodate everyone it may not be possible, but it does not hurt to ask nicely, maybe she can work a monthly rate for x amount of visits etc, so she feels more inclined to do it if she has somewhat of a consistent income.

It is a bit weird if you are greeting her like a long lost friend in the supermarket in a small town.  You are surely not the only friend she has in town.

 My suggestion - I very rarely see people where I live. Only if its someone that I have seen a few times and that's still questionable.. That being said, there is one local that if he wanted to set up a "I'll come by in the morning twice a week" I would most definitely cut him a break. He's nice, polite, respectful and it would get me motivated to start my day.  
   
 Being in this industry off and on since 2006, he is one of two people that I would extend that to. The other one was in New York and it worked out perfectly. He would text, "I'm by the train station are you free?" If I was, he came by for three seconds of chatter and a oral fix. It worked out perfectly for both of us.

1) rain boots
2) Keurig!

Left the bad apple for sunny days , kinda a change of pace place . However I do go often and will extend my visits when a lovely lady is waiting ...okay we skip the coffee and grab some brunch then who knows how bout we leave it up to fate xoxoxo........

 That being said, my username is very misleading.. It has half changed to Alyssa Vegas. I'm no longer in New York.. I will be in November.. For the end part of the week after thanksgiving.. Pretty sure the chain hotel that I stay at always has a coffee maker, though the coffee they provide is disgusting.. So it's all yours.

Your on to something , with the changing season and holidays approaching it does seem like many are reflecting on their lives or.trying not to and loosing themselves in a fake sense of love ....
