There are various versions of said "sex act" depending on which part of the
World you're in;    
The U.K. version is not the same as the US acts, nor are either similar to what is  
known as "The Turkish Tea Cup" as performed in Turkey......

 
Two versions arise in the United States depending on whom you "play with":"
