As horrible as stories like this are, it makes me appreciate what I have.

How could someone go on knowing they did something like this?

What genius allowed that irresponsible bitch to adopt all those kids in the first place?  Why wouldn't Nigerian officials contact their U.S. counterparts directly instead of just abandoning them in a shack?  Why on earth would anyone go to Nigeria??  How long could they have been there to have only a risidual "American accent" necessitating verbal tests to prove they're Americans?  Does this sound to anyone like a reverse version of that South Park episode?
