Calling all TER multiple pop guys.
Reportedly Mike Tyson is lined up if she gets this off the ground.

As someone that got VERY close to applying for that same license, I can say that her arrest record will most likely be an issue.  This license is as tough or tougher to get than one to operate a casino.  They also frown on "silent partners", especially when their name is on the building, so that's not a great option.

Assuming that she finds a way to get licensed, Crystal isn't exactly a suburb of Sin City.  After all of that, the residents of rural Nevada tend to be pretty conservative.  They freely accept the brothels as part of the state's culture, and the lion's share of the local tax base.  They'll likely be less favorable of having a house for the girls.  It's a double-standard for sure, but I believe it to be true.

I haven't seen the building plans, but I hope she spends the money for something better than the trailer farms that make up most of the brothels.  So, for now I can continue to push my weight training out another day.  It's not likely that I need to hurry to get my employment application in just yet.

Would it last longer if the "studs" were bi and saw men, as well?  I doubt it--somehow I just get the feeling that women wouldn't see a "stud" who also sees gay men, but I could be wrong.
