I know many gals love their heels for both practical (It makes my stick my butt out more.) and emotional reasons, but consider the cost to your feet.

I love feet, and hate to see them abused.

Speaking for myself, heels do little to turn me on.  For one thing, I don't need you to be taller than I am.  I'm fine kissing your forehead, really!

High heels are just one step up from having your feet bound.

They don't stay on my feet very long, because they hurt. So I do wear a lot of kitten heels or pretty flats. But I still love my 6 inch pumps!

+1 here.  I'll take jeans and a cute top or a simple colorful casual summer dress any day over high heels, garters, lingerie, etc.  
I'm 6' tall and I did see a lady who was 5'-10" once who happened to be wearing 6" heels.  That was a little uncomfortable looking up at her.  Needless to say I was happier once she ditched the heels.

I live in Hospital Scrubs, Tennis skirts/shoes normally, so the ONLY time I wear heels is for photos, a date, or going out to a nice restaurant...yea, that's about once or twice a week lol.

Certain heels cannot be worn for a long periods of time or you will have a problem.
A mix of flats or lower heels and more of the higher heel all in moderation

I love heels on women. They change the shape of the leg (if not actually then apparently). They are a wardrobe must for me.

I love the confidence they bring to set off your outfit but I can do without them. I wear them out on dates but can't wait to get out of them. It's not so much the comfort but its just a little unnatural at times plus I'm somewhat of a clutch and almost broke my neck coming down the stairs one morning

...what some call "come fuck me heels". They are too tall. They cause the lady to walk funny. I do like a lady in heels but the shorter ones or "low heels" Especially hot with a pair of tight jeans.

...they really hug those buns for some reason. (At least all those I have seen.)  I once asked a provider to wear her scrubs for a session. She was a med student.

Yes, I love them.  But some of them never leave the bedroom, honestly.  I am very happy to learn that not all men must have them.  Because they can create complications.
