I'm sorry you feel that way about TER reviewers.  I'll only presume to speak for myself but I am genuinely fond of the providers I see, try to always be respectful of her rules & no overstay my welcome.  I have NO respect for SCAMMERS...  guys OR gals.  I don't think I'm alone in this.  

How many just  live with it and do not announce how they tried to get things right with no luck? You were not bitching about a non 10/10, you had legitimate reason to possibly out this jerk..he stole from you.

I feel as though, in that instance, you could have called him out anonymously or under your work handle.  Even without hobbyist backing, I imagine it would have garnered plenty of interest amongst the providers.

TER board members have been the best experience ever in the hobby for me. Only 2 men that were  the high reviewers (Top 50) got over on me one took off condom mid session and barebacked me I was so afraid, petrified, actually broke up in a cold sweat and spend the night in the E.R. getting tested not to mention I almost passed out. The other actually was  well known board member.... took pictures of me when I told him not to, knew he had to pay me for anal and didn't. I had no clue at the time because I was brand new. Later i found out he wasn't suppose to do any of that and that he knew better. what can you do ?  

Lots of ways to have fun in the hobby.  Lots of ways to get hurt, too.  Just like there are many reasons women become providers there are as many reasons why mongers seek them out - not all of them good.  But it's the hobby that gives us the only piece of the world I know of where people can have the sort of great time or payday most of us are here for.  It's about protecting the hobby in the same way it's like protecting the shield in the NFL.  

Go to your local board and let other hookers know who these two are.

So Sorry you went through that.  It's not alright in the civie world & it's not alright in the P4P world either.   These are not "misunderstandings" where one goes their separate ways.

However protecting the shield of the NFL might not be that great a comparison.  The amount of paranoia in that world likely puts this corner of the world to shame.  Considering it's taken decades and far too many deaths/disabilities to finally address some of the real issues in playing a violent game.

I would likely feel the same way.  The only time I was shorted, I was working for an agency with a powder keg dominatrix-y owner who loved handling these types of things.   I'm not sure I would have done much on my own. So, you make a very good point about drama avoidance.

When it comes to serious stuff, we have little recourse due to drama and back channel pressure. I guess the guys feel the same when ladies pressure them for a less than great score.
