To answer the questions...

For her hair... leave it down... when she's busy taking care of my privates, I am enjoying the sensation of her hair laying all over.

I don't mind hair up, considering some of the activities in store. The only things about hair that I DON'T like are:
1) Wigs (note I didn't say nor do I include extensions) at least not in the bed.
2) Ponytails (because...well, just think about it)
3) messy buns. That's just a personal preference.

Love the look of a woman in glasses.  I'll usually ask a provider to wear them to at least start off a session.
