During the time of the ter black-out there where not many ways of keeping some providers honest and accountable with their service. We had to take everything at the providers word on their add which for me proved they knew we were at a disadvantage and we couldn't do anything about it. We couldn't make an informed decision, We couldn't warn others And the ones who had a reputation through word of mouth took advantage with bad attitudes and charged double, triple or even four times the average amount and was lackluster at best! Some even required 50% or 100% non refundable deposits. Be interesting to see if ter extends the 90 day review rule to maybe 6 months from this blackout period. Honesty is always the best policy and now that ter is back, I think we'll soon see the providers who are truly the best, and the ones who took advantage of no accountability.
