I just came across a provider website that explained a $100 booking fee would be charged on top of her regular hourly rate.  

Booking a provider is becoming more and more like TicketMaster every day.

I wonder how much traction she is getting with that request/demand??? lol

a "resort" fee like some hotels charge would work a little better.  You pay a flat rate for presumed use of the amenities, like swimming pool, tennis court, etc.,  whether you actually use them or not.  The same could apply to the provider.  The resort fee entitles you to use the play areas as much as you want during the length of the stay you booked.  If you chose not to use them, or fail to get wood, the facilities were available even though you didn't use them and the resort fee still applies.  I like this better than an itemized menu of upcharges for specific activities as some ladies are doing.  Plus, when you say "resort" fee, it sounds like you are on vacation someplace kind of exclusive.  Lol
