Bwahahaha!  dope!  personally, I think i blame this one on the ejikasonal system.  He thought that this was a quiz.... and someone wanted to know how many stars are visible from the dark side of the moon....

but then again, he did not hold the bank up... and for my part - I am wondering where the crime is....   did he actually do anything illegal...???  that the government doesn't do?  You know, write checks for money they don't have using other peoples bank accounts?
