The first time the fucking hotel sent home a bill along with the phone numbers called from the room (This was pre-cell phone days.)  My wife called the number and had a nice chat with the gal I was with that night.

The second time she caught me by noticing my bright red Buick parked out in front of the hotel I was in.  She showed ID and said that she was my wife and was supposed to meet me but didn't know what room I was in, so they told her.  (nice, huh?)  I was in the room waiting for the knock on the door from my escort gal and opened the door to quite a surprise.  A second later my gal pal shows up (The same one from the first time too!)

It is a horrible experience when one gets caught.  That's very interesting about truecrypt. I've heard of other programs like that.

I think emails and texting are probably the biggest culprits.   I had one person say never change your patterns... that's good advice too.
