Ever Been Caught By Significant Other?

I'm curious to hear the top ways guys mess up and get caught.  I know a guy who said he was in a meeting, but was at dinner and his wife received the Opentable confirmations.  Oops!  Any interesting stories?  Love to hear them.

But I am allowed to play no big deal. I posted about it under the alias "Busted-Hobbyist" as a joke but no one thought it was funny. So yes I have been caught. I feel for the lady as she freaked out. Worked it out with the provider though so everything is fine.

as a result of that horribly painful experience, I found a program called TrueCrypt that I now use religiously to encrypt all of the information on my laptop!

It is a horrible experience when one gets caught.  That's very interesting about truecrypt. I've heard of other programs like that.

and they all go the same way - former clients of my BM - all of them got caught by forgetting to log out of their e-mail. Surprisingly, none of them stopped doing this.

I'd say that is a pretty good candidate for number one reason guys get caught. Just a guess.  

Having the "hobby" phone dicovered might be near the top of the list as well. Pretty much the same way all cheaters end up getting caught - complacency.

I think emails and texting are probably the biggest culprits.   I had one person say never change your patterns... that's good advice too.

The first time the fucking hotel sent home a bill along with the phone numbers called from the room (This was pre-cell phone days.)  My wife called the number and had a nice chat with the gal I was with that night.

The second time she caught me by noticing my bright red Buick parked out in front of the hotel I was in.  She showed ID and said that she was my wife and was supposed to meet me but didn't know what room I was in, so they told her.  (nice, huh?)  I was in the room waiting for the knock on the door from my escort gal and opened the door to quite a surprise.  A second later my gal pal shows up (The same one from the first time too!)

I swear Larry David couldn't make this kind of shit up.

First, the fucking hotel might as well've called your wife and told them what you were doing.

Second, the lady that wouldn't keep her mouth shut when your wife called was the second time you got busted. And I have to ask, did they have a nice little sit-down when they realized they talked before?
