Black men: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop the constant question: Why do some providers not see black men? Really why all the constant whining about this subject. Enough already. Get over it. All women in the business have the choice to see whomever they want to see, if you fall into the "will not see" bucket so be it move on- there are lots and lots of women to choose from. I'm sure (or lets hope) the providers the chose not to see you based on skin color alone (hmmmm) have given it some thought before posting it- so the repeated questions and topics are likely not to change the minds of these gals. As a black provider- Yes black, Chocolate, Caramel, Nubian, Mocha, Ebony, etc (as some asshole so ignorantly pointed out- there are many ways to describe our color and BTW doesn't mean we are trying to HIDE the fact we are black) I wouldn't even consider starting threads asking why some white clients (or otherwise) will not see a black provider, why? Because I don't give a damn!! Guys who rule out an entire race of people based on ignorance, preference, stereotypes or otherwise is not the type of client I have any interest in seeing anyway- so why would I care why he would never see me? Seems very logical to me- and his loss might I add


Speaking of stereotypes: I am guessing that majority of the women that choose not to see black men are based on stereotypes about black men- yes stereotypes- not racism- there is a difference.  I agree stereotypes are very upsetting even as a black woman- and some of a few stereotypes about black women-that come from black men are- black women are always angry, lazy and don't take care of themselves...all of which are false and universal to all races with some women. So yes my black men stereotypes hurt. So perhaps the next time you decide to bucket all or most black women into any of the stereotypes above or some of the many others, you might want to think of the stereotypes you are experiencing from many white providers with their refusal to see you solely because you are black.


On a lighter note- there are many providers like myself that are  EOP- so keep searching- chances are you'll have a much better time with once of them anyway.

I am not racist in any way. As one provider said correctly, Black, and hispanic providers always get my motor running.  I have seen ads posted of some very sexy white, and asain providers, but i rarely have the urge to see them.

There are some providers that do not see guys of their own race. I met Asians who prefer not to see Asian's male and Blacks who also prefer not to see Black men. It is not always one race not willing to see another one or one color over another.
