I've been a member for a while now... About 10 years (which should make my current age pretty easy to figure out!)  Over that time I've had a few ups and downs with TER staff.  Recently I posted a review where I unwittingly violated a term of service in the general section of the review.  In the past I've had issues posting reviews where the reviews were disallowed but I didn't get specific enough feedback to know how to fix them.  This time though I got a very specific private message letting me know what was wrong and how to change the review.  I did so and it was posted.

I just wanted to point out that, though we all may bitch about things from time to time, this remains the best online resource for folks engaged in the hobby.  I commend the staff for the time and effort it must take to provide the level of feedback I got and look forward to many more years of happy endings with the friends I've made along the way.

My reviews that have been blocked have come with very descriptive reasons.  I just thought that was the normal way they did it!

I've had three or four reviews posted recently with no hassle at all, and each was approved in about 3 days.  Very reasonable.
