I had this done on a somewhat regular basis when living in Asia for an extended period of time quite a few years ago.  A woman who really knows that she's doing can really drain you without giving you an orgasm. It's considered a kind of therapeutic exercise in that context because literally no sex is involved. However, couple the milking with sexual stimulation and you could have the orgasm of your life.

Appears to be a way for doms to keep subs from ejectulating at the wrong time.  I prefer to time my own.

About 45 years ago, I had a lower back ache that just would not go away. My internist suggested that I see a urologist. I did and he massaged (the proper term) my prostate and took a drop of the exudate and put it under a microscope, and told me that I had a bacterial infection.
I had to go to him on a weekly basis for 2-3 weeks , then on a semi-monthly basis and finally after a total of about ten visits, each time going through the same procedure until there was no evidence of a bacterial infection .
The urologist explained that, since there was not an antibiotic,(at that time) that would fight this infection, the only way to get rid of the infection(it was in the epididymus as well, was to conduct a series of "prostate massages".
So, there you are!!.
I would think that in 45 years that they would have found a cure by now that didn't involve this "pain in the ass" procedure.

What were the symptoms? I have had this un-explained lower back pain. I go to all these doctors and chiropracters. Nothing helps. It is a pain in the ass! No pun! The pain actually effects my ability to stay hard!

Did they have a term or diagnosis for it?
(LOL.I'm sure ill get some doosies on that one!)

The medical term would be ... Chronic(or perhaps acute) Prostatitis. The infection can lead to BPH (benign prostate hyperplasia.
Don't let these terms scare you.
Symptoms: lower back pain
         testicles could feel "weighty"(if they're involved)
Find a good Board Certified Urologist !!! They see this problem every day. If you want to get rid of this infection, MAKE AN APPT. TODAY !!! Don't wait.
