There are some guys who are generally clean, but maybe they "missed a spot" and maybe they got out of the shower and then got a little extra sweaty on the drive to her incall. And then of course, there are the guys who are just unconscious, and really stinky. You can post here all you want about cleanliness, but they aren't going to read it.
Why don't ladies offer a geisha-like service where you lay him down on the bed and wash the area for him? It gives you the chance to fully inspect things, as well as get them clean to YOUR standards, not his. I know it means a lot of towels... you could always bring some from home to avoid suspicion form the house staff. For him, I think it's a pretty pleasurable experience.

Guys get pissed if you dare clean them up in any way, have the nerve to lay down a nice comforter on TOP of the 2000 dollar one that you would rather not pay to dry clean cum out of, or any other minor details, you can think of. Bottom line...if you have not showered in THE LAST HOUR, go in there and soap up the area. If I have a 4 hour dinner date with a guy, you can bet your ass I am carrying fem wipes and wash with me, and will freshen up RIGHT BEFORE we do anything.
That means, if I have literally just taken a bath an hour before he arrives, I go take care of that area AGAIN, when I get that text for the room number request. It is just common sense. You have your naughty bits mashed in your pants with your balls near your asshole every time you sit down, so use powder and baby wipes, even after you have showered. Men do not ever wipe the tip of their pee pee after going to the bathroom, and just put the thing back in their pants..um, gross! It's fkin urine!
My rule of thumb is wipe EVERY TIME I go to the bathroom, and with a fem wipe, not freaking toilet paper. TP does not do anything for the smell of urine, but fem wipes certainly do. Get it all up in there too, not just on the outside. People are dumb when it comes to how they clean themselves. I have been with women who don't even wash the inside...like ever! They only wash the outside...wtf!

Not always true. After I leave the envelope on the dresser I always excuse myself to "wash up". Yes, I relieve my self but then I always wash my junk well with soap and water. Sometimes I invite the lady to come in and she'll wash me off, which creates a nice personal connection; after which she often puts me right in her mouth.

Personal hygiene is something grown adults should take care of. And if a guy does not, well he just misses out.
Don't know if there is a fix it for this issue. Arrive clean (or freshen up once you get there) or you risk not getting everything that might be available.

Agreed. I had an old provider friend who would INSIST on bathing her clients before she did a damn thing, and now I understand why. This is something I have never worried about. I am more of a clean freak when it comes to this area of the hobby and my personal life as well. I normally shower twice a day as it is, and if I am going to see someone you can bet I am showering before I see them. I have never been told I smell and I can't believe some people just don't have a clue that they have a swamp ass. I mean come on you have to smell it right.

Back in the days of cat houses, etc the girl would always come in the room with a basin of warm soapy water and wash off your privates, since there was never any running water in the room. Of course in my younger years a few strokes of that warm soapy water and I was done, LOL.
I don't think there is anything wrong with that practice either, but I have seen so many men insult a gal in a review for doing just that.
