Do you prefer professional studio pictures of ladies, or home digi cam ones?

I ask because I have both types on my site. I like the glamour of a photo shoot type pic but I feel the home grown ones are more personal.

Your thoughts?

Many might prefer the professional glamour shots, but when I'm "searching", I want to see pictures that will honestly represent the providers CURRENT appearance. I think your approach of providing both natural and glamourous pictures is an appropriate one. Just my $.02

Indi, I think I speak for most when I say we only want the person in the pictures to look like the person we meet. Naturaly professional pictures can and should show the subject at her best. We understand that and for that reason those taken by friends can very helpful in showing the subject in a more realistic light. I agree with Sswede.  For me, the perfect union of professional portraits and amateur shots are those:

1. that accurately portray the subject,
2. in realistic settings,
3. in various stages of dress (including one or two in proper attire if you market yourself as a 'perfect dinner or formal fuction date'),
4. photographed by someone who understands the effects of lighting, surroundings, poses, and the camera's functions, too.

I have taken escorts to proper social functions from time to time and have had some problems with a couple of ladies' ideas of formal attire (but this is for another post at another time).

An outrageously sexy pic or two that a man can stumble upon while visiting your site is always gratefully accepted!

I don't understand why some providers would have pictures that don't show their true body likeness? It's not the type of job you can hide your body and hope no one will notice.

Show me who I will meet, I don't care who takes the pictures.  If you have pictures of a lady all made up...then when I get there I expect a lady all made up.  There are many times I have to go back to the website to figure out if the pictures were the lady I was with.  I think almost every website I have read talks about hygiene and cleanliness, but the ladies also need to fix themselves like their pictures or change the pictures.  If I show up on time (not early or a surprise last minute appt.) then I expect the lady to have her hair and makeup fixed like her pictures.  Not just popped out of the shower with no makeup and a wet head. That's my 2 cents worth....and remember that advice is always worth what you pay for it and this advice is free.
