From looking at providers listings on Craigslist and a comment I've read in some of the reviews here. Could it be generalized that the providers on Craigslist are a little sketchy. I know this is a generalization and is not true for all.

but a higher percentage of providers who advertize on CL could be classified as "sketchy" as you put it then say, on a regular board like EROS (although I'm hearing some bad things about them to; however, that is not the reason to avoid CL, IMHO.

The best reason to avoid it is that LE is currently using CL to set up stings.

A bad date is one thing.  Getting fingerprinted and having you mug shot posted on the internet is quite another.

In any case, whether CL, EROS or other; do the homework.  Find reviews and be safe.
