Everything turned out excellently.

The worst thing was that the gal got a painful ear infection after going in the pool, but we were directed to a local medical clinic that had her as good as new after cleaning out some ear wax.  I think it cost us $25 - now that's a health care plan!

The hotel provided us with our own private guide to the island, gratis!  (We tipped him, of course, and he directed us to shops no doubt run by his family, but it was all good just the same.)

I count it as among the best vacations I have ever taken.  I highly recomend Bali not only for the usual nice tourist amenities and shopping but for the very interesting cultural aspects of the island.

If you do ever travel so far, don't cheap out on the airfare.  Get business class sleeper seats (Cathay Pacific - what a great airline!) and you will be so comfortable that you don't want the flight to end.  (Great food too and you get to use the First Class lounge to shower and use the internet between legs of the flight.)

I did however take a provider to Hawaii once for a ten day vacation, we were dating at the time (real OTC dating), but had only spent a few nights together, and had only known each other a few months.

It was a complete,unmitigated disaster. It turned out we were completely incompatible and the only saving grace was that we changed our earlier vacation plans which were to take a two week cruise together. lol We broke up almost immediately after returning home. Things were so bad on the trip, I actually snuck out to see a provider while on vacation with a provider. lol I felt like one of these married guys here who have to sneak around.

OTOH I have taken many shorter trips with providers in other countries. Lots of times I will meet a lady in a city like San Jose, CR or Bogota, Colombia and then hook up and go to a beach resort for a few days together if we get along well enough.

I did realize however that you really have to get along to do that type of extended dates!

Was seriously considering/planning on taking my AFT (ex now) on a biz trip this September to Sydney and Singapore with a stopover for 4 - 5 days in Bali, but that all fell through....I don't think I wouldn't purchase airline tickets in advance of out of concern the provider might flake out just before...I would reimburse afterwards, but not beforehand....at least for an overseas trip....

I just threw up in my mouth.  LoL!

I was thinking of my experiences as a compulsive window shopper wondering why I would bring someone with me aqain.
 I hadn't thought of your scenario. You sound like an awesome traveling companion though I would prefer to pick my own window girls, even though I have made  a few poor performance choices.  
I took a full time civvy GF years ago. For a week she stuck to me like glue. One night she didn't feel like going out. She  told me to have fun by myself. I went out for a couple hours but I didn't buy a window girl. As soon as I got back in the room she gave me a BJ. I have no doubt she was giving me the sniff test.
She would have gone off the deep end if I wasn't fresh.  
They used to have a much better selection until the boutiques started paying more for the window space.

He never seen Amsterdam, and since I used to go all the time back in high school with bunch of friends I told him what a cool city it was, and sure enough we were on our way!
We went to the red light district and I PAID HIM A GIRL!!! a gorgeous girl from Serbia with the most amazing green eyes ever...I have to admit that she wasn't very warm or into whatever she was doing, I thought I was gun a be all hot and bother watching them fuck...but it was more like I wanted to jump in to show her that you have to get the guy hard first before u try to slide the condom on...
She was pretty clueless...so it wasn't as cool as I thought it was going to be...

As for Amsterdam, I've been there a few times.  Several years ago the window girls seemed like very low quality in the looks Dept.  Not a single one I'd go with.  I was with my wife, so it wasn't gonna happen anwyway, though she was fascinated.  Another time, we took in a live sex show.  Beyond boring; opposite of sex.  The live shows in Times Square back in the 80s were much better.
