I have to question why the E.H. Board aka Sugar board died along with the rest.  

Since sugarland wasn't heavily affected by FOSTA, it has to be one of two things. Either:
A) the mongers on the EH board are too cheap/lame to use VPN, or
B) it was mostly posers who never really played in the sugar bowl and with no reviews to jerk off to, have no reason to log in anymore.

Any other opinions?

which admittedly isn't saying too much.

When the typical users online stat falls from 70,000 to 2,000 (on a good day) you have to expect that the volume of posts is going to decrease a certain amount.
