I have to question why the E.H. Board aka Sugar board died along with the rest.  

Since sugarland wasn't heavily affected by FOSTA, it has to be one of two things. Either:
A) the mongers on the EH board are too cheap/lame to use VPN, or
B) it was mostly posers who never really played in the sugar bowl and with no reviews to jerk off to, have no reason to log in anymore.

Any other opinions?

Percentage-wise of total site posts, it's probably still proportional.
