I notice as I got older this becomes more of a problem, using the little blue pill makes it more difficult which is why I cut the dose down to the lowest that will still accomplish results. It is also a lot in your mind. I guess you could abstain from sex for a few days, but that seems like a horrible idea to me.

Less alcohol and more fluids help to a certain degree, but no matter what I do if I have sex more than twice a day that third pop is going to take over an hour to achieve, many days the only way to get that third pop is with a good old fashioned hand job, it's all a matter of friction and fantasy, and no woman's pussy is so tight as to create as much friction as a good hand job.

I have this "problem", here's what works for me.

Decreased sensitivity is a fairly common for older gents.  Age, condoms, and ED pills exacerbate the problem.  While it's great to last longer, it can be very laborious (for both the guy and the gal) when it comes to finishing on time.  Many a time I would get "that look", somewhere around the 45 minute mark .......... you know, the "you're not finished yet?" look.  Since this was degrading the overall hobby experience for me, I realized that I had to come up with a solution.  

I had a humorous experience with a provider, well, at least it was funny for me, which got me going down the right path.  Near the end of our session, she was working hard at a BJ, ........... she paused and said that she could really use a hand.  So I started clapping (with a wise ass grin!); she didn't appreciate it all that much, until I told her I was just joking.  LOL
