What are they talking about?! I applied once. I met the criteria that was posted. But was told I didn’t. I asked for more specifics. They responded and said they couldn’t tell me more. It feels like Fight Club. What happens there, stays there.

I've been on there for years now. Suddenly as of about a week ago I don't have access. I did a "contact us" and was told that access is a privilege not a right and they can't say more so scammers can't get access. WTF? Suddenly I don't qualify?
Just venting.

If arguing or bickering about something would cause you to lose access, I should have been banned long time ago.. LOL So it can't be that..
Did you leak RO board info to someone else who is not part of the RO Board. Especially a provider? That can certainly get you kicked out... Did you allow someone else to use your userid and password so they can log in and read RO board.. That can also get you kicked out..
Just a couple of things off the top of my head.

Absolutely NO to both of your points.
That may be a sign that someone has imitated your name/info while offending -- in other words "hacked" you. Look for other signs.
Maybe your insight wasn’t cutting it anymore. Same thing happened to me years ago. I thought I was a good contributor and then … poof I wasn’t allowed back in. No reason was given.
I was under the impression that once you're in that's it barring some misconduct. They can't get reviews approved in reasonable times but they have time to sit around and analyze posts and posting patterns of individuals. Good to know that I'm not the only victim.
Your candor is not appreciated. I stopped contributing on the PO only board long ago because it’s not PO only. I’ve seen reviewers post reading content somehow shared &/or monitoring. 🤷🏽♀️ I still read posts.
Don’t sweat the small stuff. Focus on the good. You’re still here & able to post. Maybe your lack of reviews this year play a part in TER’s decision. Hopefully, you find out from the TER Gods! 🙏🏽

The person whom you are calling candid and saying that his candor is not appreciated, is probably one of the friendlier posters you can have towards providers and especially towards you.
Candor and being outspoken has never been an issue on RO Board - or even on TER. Period.. Yes, spamming, scamming, threatening behavior has been. I have been on the boards since 2004.. I think I know a thing or two. Yes... I have been moderated, even banned for 30 days, but that was not for being outspoken or candid.
Sometimes thread would get originated on a regular board that everyone has access to but then gets moved to RO or PO board. That might give impression to a novice that all of a sudden mongers now have access to PO board or providers have access to RO board, but that's not the case. Once the thread is moved to a protected board, only members of that board can post on that thread going forward.
I have gone years without submitting reviews.. So that is definitely NOT a reason... And there are plenty of reviewers who don't review any more because they might not be mongering as much or moved to SB side of the world.
We all thank you for your motherly advice of focusing on the positive and not sweating the small stuff. My mother tells me the same thing. lol
P. S Apostrophe is not a decoration. It should just say "TER Gods have spoken". It is not correct grammar to use apostrophe when you imply plural, and should only be used to indicate contraction or possession.

Idgaf about your opinion & grammar doesn’t matter to me this is a public board not a school. I worked for many school districts. I have never been banned, but moderated yes. I read reviews & never think about grammar. I do get bored 🥱 reading lame reviews that go off topic.

I can’t tell you how many times in life one person working for a company made a mistake and another person’s instinct was to just defend it without even verifying if it was intentional or not. If you care, I would push a little harder for an explanation. And what does that part about scammers even mean???
No mistake and I did push - two "contact us" requests as well as an email. And I have no idea about the scammers. As far as I can remember the entry criteria were public. Now all of a sudden they're a secret. I don't know how one can skirt around whatever the criteria are by "scamming".
I received the exact same response to each inquiry. They won't tell me anything.

Was there something about the board that made TER so much better for you or made your decisions about who to see better? Certainly not the impression I have gotten from some who claimed they were on the board.
That aside, only TER can say and I'd take the situation a lot like if an agency suddenly stopped letting me book even though I could not think of any reasons that might occur. I don't expect either to act like they have some committed customer support and advocacy team that would try to help with some answer.
I get the frustration and would be nice if they would be clear about what you did for you.

What can I say? I have no idea how TER regulates access to hidden boards. If the Op thinks it was done without warning or explanation and his expectation was he should've been kept in, then I think it's not customer friendly.
