It's right next to the Post Reply box.  I use all Mac too (iPhone, iPad, Mac Mini), and TER Classic and the View All function works fine on Safari.

So Here are some basic qualifiers.

I am all Mac and use Safari.

I use the "new" TER, never knew a classic existed until last week.

As of about an hour ago all the discussions now come up differently. This morning I would see a thread, the thread would have multiple replies. I would open the reply and read it, then have to open the next reply to read on.

Now I see the thread, and then I see all the replies. I open any one reply and it along with all other current replies are open under it. In other words I can read the entire thread and all replies with one click.

I think I know exactly why they did this. It will significantly cut down on server requests. As each time we try to open a reply its a server request. In turn I applaud this change as its much less time consuming for me. Thank you TER, but please fix the other crap, its worthless.

Open a thread and look towards the upper right where it says "View: Tree / Flat". Try clicking Tree, and see if it looks like what you're used to. Neat, eh?

You are correct. I had never noticed this option before. Its much easier than clicking 100 times to open posts in all the threads.

You have somehow found the flat view. It's in the upper right corner of each post. When you click on it the entire discussion opens up. You can switch back and forth from tree view to flat view.

I like the flat view idea and it's much easier to read all posts that way. However, in the flat view the responses not directly to the OP are all at the bottom instead of following the post they are responding to and many times cause confusion. The flat view should show the posts in the same order as the tree view.

When they came up with the new format, and everyone bitched and moaned, I remember saying all things evolve so why fight it. They didn't spend all that time and money to make this site the way it is now, then change it back cuz a bunch of old diehards hated it.

Actually, I'm surprised the 'old' version is still available.

I adapted, cuz I really had no choice. Sooner or later they would do away with the old version and that's what you got. Or just go away.

But I'm glad you have a choice as far as how you want to view the posts, flat or tree.

I still use tree and always will until they take that away from me. Then I'll adapt or go away.
