so-called "high-end" providers ($1000+/hr) is that they are lower volume.  Many claim to see only ONE customer per day and only work five days a week.  This would bring them in UNDER your 2000+ number for five years.  At the other end, there are agency girls who see, on average, 4-6 customers a day, working 6 days a week, which brings the potential "body count" to between roughly 6000 and 9000 over a five-year period.  The numbers are easy to crunch if you know what their average count is over a specific period of time, whether it's for a day, week, or a month.  Then it's just a calculation, but the accuracy depends on the consistency.
